论我国民族问题的“变”与“不变”

当前我国社会主义建设进入全面深化改革的新时期,我国民族工作如何适应新时期的要求,成为我国民族问题研究和民族工作中的重大课题。最近几年来,有的学者认为,我国民族问题已经发生了重大变化,民族政策以及民族工作的指导方针应该随之而发生变化。也有学者认为,我国民族问题的基本情况未变,因此仍应坚持原有的方针政策。究竟我国民族问题发生了哪些变化,哪些没有变化,我们民族工作的方针和政策是否应该变,哪些该变,哪些不该变,亟待进一步讨论。

The current our country socialist construction into the comprehensively deepen reform in the new period,our country nationality work how to meet the demand of the new period,become the important topic in the study of ethnic studies and work.In recent years,some scholars believe that significant changes have taken place in our country's nationality problem,ethnic policies and guidelines for national work should be subsequently and change.Also the scholar thinks,has changed the basic condition of the ethnic problems in China,and therefore should still stick to the original guidelines and policies.Exactly what changes have taken place in our country's nationality problem,which did not change,our national work principles and policies should be changed,what the change,which should not be changed,need to be discussed.
