岭南五郡建置沿革考

Textual Research to the Evolution of Administrative System of the Five County of Lingnan

"岭南五郡"一词最早见于《资治通鉴》,指东晋十六国时期分布于洪池岭以南的广武、西平、乐都、浇河、湟河五郡。西平郡始置于东汉,设立时间不早于建安元年且不晚于建安十年。其余四郡为前凉、后凉所置。"岭南五郡"的行政建置一直存续至北周、隋唐,成为中央王朝在河湟地区行政建置的主体,并对该地区行政建置的演变产生过重大影响。

'The Five County of LingNan' was frist recorded in Zizhitongjian,referred to the five counties Guangwu,Xiping,Ledu,Jiaohe and Huanghe located the south of Hongchiling in the 16 state and the Eastern Jin Dynasty period.Xiping county was established in the Eastern Han Dynasty,the time is not earlier than the first year of Jianan and not later than in ten years.The other four counties were established by the Qianliang and Houliang.The administrative system of 'The Five County of LingNan' have been surviving to Beizhou,Sui and Tang Dynasties,becoming the main administrative organization system of the central dynasty which established in Hehuang area,and produced major effect to this area.
