南斯拉夫作为多民族社会主义国家,其领导人在制定民族政策、开创有别于苏联模式的社会主义道路方面做出了重要贡献。但由于南斯拉夫特殊的战略位置,历史上长期由异族统治,民族积怨深重,民族关系异常复杂。南共联盟在实施民族政策、解决民族问题方面存在着严重失误,再加上西方国家的干预,东欧剧变的冲击,权威领导人的去世,导致昔日繁荣、富强、和睦的南斯拉夫解体了。探析南斯拉夫解体中的民族因素及其对中国的启示,无疑具有极其重要的理论意义与现实意义。

Yugoslavia,as a multi—ethnic socialist country,whose leader has made important contributions to develop die national pohcies and create different mode from the Soviet.However,due to the special strategic position of Yugoslavia,ruled by other countries for a long time in the history,with serious resentment among ethnic groups,ethnic relations are very compUcated.There are serious errors for South alliance in the implementation of national pohcies and solving the ethnic issues,furthermore,intervened by the west countries,impacted by the upheaval in Eastern Europe,authoritative leader's death,Yugoslavia broke up,even if it has been a prosperity,rich and harmony country.The analysis on the national factors in breakup of Yugoslavia and the enlightenment to China,has important theoretical and practical meaning.
