摘要 移动设备以其轻便、便携、易联网等特点成为人们生活的主宰并极大的影响着人们的生活方式,却因其内存、硬件处理能力、分辨率、电池续航等方面的弱势限制了移动应用程序的开发和普及.因而,面向这些移动设备的远程渲染技术是计算机图形学领域的一个热门研究课题,具有很大研究意义的同时也极具挑战性.文中回顾了远程渲染技术的研究进展,对其关键技术以及应用进行概括和对比分析,最后对未来工作中的研究难点和发展趋势进行了展望. Mobile device has become more and more popular because it provides an easier way to gain access to internet. However, its application is significantly limited by the storage capacity, processing power, screen resolu-tion and battery life. In computer graphics area, this presents a new challenge for research on remote rendering technique. In this paper, we present an overview of classic remote rendering techniques on mobile devices. Firstly, we analyze the strengths and weaknesses of the techniques. We also compare the performance of their state-of-art implementation. Finally, we provide some insight into the future development of remote rendering.
