云南边疆地区中等职业学校存在的问题及对策

Countermeasures for the Problems in Secondary Vocational Schools in Yunnan Province' Border Areas

结合实际,阐述目前云南边疆地区的中职学校在发展过程中仍存在观念落后、资金匮乏、自身建设滞后、立德树人不凸显、招生混乱等问题。建议地方政府及教育管理部门要转变观念重视职业教育,从政策、资金等方面给予全方位支持;学校要明确办学方向,从专业、师资队伍、实训、学生管理等方面加强自身建设,以特色及质量赢得社会的认可和发展空间。

This paper discusses a few problems in the development of secondary vocational schools in Yunnan provinces border areas,such as behindhand ideas,the fund shortage,backward construction,non-prominent moral education,disordered admissions and so on. The author advises local governments and education administrative department to change ideas and to attach importance to vocational education,giving full support from the aspects of policy,capital,etc. Schools need to define education orientation and strength its construction in the management of professional education,faculty,professional training,student and other aspects,winning the recognition and social development space with characteristic and quality.
