论云南生态移民的政策与实践

Discussion on the Policy and Practice of Ecological Migration in Yunnan Province

梳理生态移民概念,探讨云南生态移民政策的演变过程并总结经验,运用定量和定性研究方法,总结云南生态移民实践的积极成果,对当前云南生态移民面临的严峻挑战进行比较分析,并提出了加强顶层设计、创新差别补助政策等进一步推进生态移民工程可持续发展的几点建议。

This paper sorts out the concept of ecomigration,explores the evolution of ecological immigration policy and makes a summary. Using quantitative and qualitative research methods,this paper summarized the positive effects of Yunnan Ecological Migration Practice and made the comparative analysis of current severe challenges in ecomigration. The paper also gives some advice on further promotation the sustainable development of ecological migration,improving the top- level design and innovating the subsidy policy.
