Translation of Chinese Neologisms from a Multi- Cultural Perspective

改革开放以来,随着中国社会的发展和进步,我国涌现出大量具有中国特色的新词。针对这些新词的翻译问题,阐述了异化与归化翻译理论的基本内容,并从多元文化视角出发,以中外主流媒体对中国特色的翻译为例,探讨了中国特色新词异化与归化的翻译方法。

Since the reform and opening up,a large number of Chinese neologisms have emerged with the development and progress of the society. For the translation of neologisms,this article expounds the basic contents of foreignization and domestication these two translation theories meanwhile,from the multi-cultural perspective,this article also discusses the translation methods of neologisms in foreignization and domestication with examples from mainstream Sino- foreign media.
