摘要
最近几十年内,经济的快速发展,国民收入的增加和空闲时间的增多,为旅游业的发展奠定了坚实的基础。伴随着旅游业的兴起,由于旅游市场的复杂性和广泛性,旅游业产生了各种各样的问题。所以,《旅游法》的颁布与实施,对旅游业的顽疾起到了很好的制约作用。作为第一部旅游大法,《旅游法》的实施对旅行社的发展产生重大影响。针对《旅游法》的实施,阐述了《旅游法》的影响,并提出了具有指向性、针对性的建议。
In recent years,the rapid development of economy,the increase of GNP and more and more leisure time,lay a solid foundation for the development of tourism. With the rise of tourism industry,the development of tourism imposes a lot of problems because of the complexity and generalized of the tourism market. So,the passing and enforcement of the Tourism law of the People's Republic of China plays a good role for the advantages of tourism. As the first tourism law,the implementation of the tourism law has a significant impact on the development of the travel agency. According to the tourism law,the thesis states on the influence of the tourism law,and proposes the directive and corresponding suggestions.
