摘要
借鉴新加坡南洋理工学院教学工厂实践中师资队伍建设经验,结合当前职业院校创新创业的要求,提出了一种新的分层次的"双师型"教师定义,并对如何培养新型"双师"提出了一些建议。新定义从理论上丰富了"双师型"教师的概念,在实践中可帮助教师进一步明确自己的发展方向和目标,帮助学校做好"双师型"教师队伍规划与建设,更好地开展创新创业教育。
A new hierarchical definition of ' double type teachers' is proposed to meet the needs of current vocational colleges aiming at innovation and entrepreneurship education. This is inspired by the teaching factory practice of Nanyang Polytechnic. Some suggestions are given about how to cultivate this kind of ' double type teachers'. The concept of ' double type teachers' is enriched theoretically and it is good for teachers to make their own direction and goal more clearly. It is of very strong practical significance for vocational colleges to construct their 'double type teachers' team.
