假想防卫是防卫制度中非常重要的一部分,聋哑人作为特殊群体,在司法实践中也会遇到假想防卫的问题,对聋哑人假想防卫的责任认定及处理已成为我国亟需研究的重大课题。通过研究,对聋哑人的假想防卫责任认定的有关知识进行系统的梳理,加强对残疾人权利的保护。

Imaginary defense is a defense system in a very important part. Deaf people,as a special group in judicial practice,will encounter the problem of imaginary defense. Defense against imaginary responsibility determination deaf and processing,has become an urgent need for research major issue. Through this study,the relevant knowledge imaginary defense deaf responsibility identifies systematically combing strengthen the protection of the rights of persons with disabilities.
