摘要
教育实习是教师教育中重要的教学实践环节,受过专业培养的实习教师应表现出良好专业素养。但实践知识的不足,教育敏感的缺席和临床实践的局限却造成实习教师实践智慧的种种困境。生成路径需要强化实习教师的实践性知识,树立职业信念;提升实践能力以激活智慧;实行"双导师"制提升实习的实效性;建构学习共同体来促进发展。
Implementing educational practicum is a crucial practical teaching part of teacher education.After professional training,student teachers should have good professional quality.However,due to lack of practical knowledge,insensitivity of education and practice limitation,student teachers may face wisdom difficulties on practice.To walk out of the difficulties,it has to enhance student teachers' practical knowledge and professional belief,improve practice abilities to active wisdom,conduct 'double tutor' to increase the efficiency of internship,and form learning community for further development.
