摘要
以苄氧乙醇和2,4-二硝基氯苯为原料经过醚化反应合成了2,4-二硝基苯基苄氧乙基醚。讨论了温度、苄氧乙醇、钠和2,4-二硝基氯苯的摩尔配比对收率的影响。结果表明,在温度20℃-30℃时,苄氧乙醇、钠和2,4-二硝基氯苯摩尔比为1.1:1.1:1.05时,苄氧乙醇反应较完全,2,4-二硝基苯基苄氧乙基醚的收率可达79.71%。最后通过1H-NMR和红外光谱对产品结构进行了表征。
2,4-Dinitrophenylbenzyloxy ether was synthesized from benzyloxyethanol and 2,4-dinitrochlorobenzene asthe starting materials through etherification reaction. Various reaction factors influencing the yield of the targetproduct were discussed. The result shows the following optimum reaction conditions: the molar ratio of benzy-loxyethanol, sodium and 2,4-dinitrochlorobenzene is 1.1:1.1:1.05, the reaction of temperature is 20 to 30? and theyield of the product is up to 79.71%. The final product is characterized by means of IH-NMR spectrum and FT-IR spectrum.
