从北京田径世锦赛探析我国田径运动的蜕变思路

With media evaluation, mathematical statistics, etc., the analysis of the Beijing Track and Field Championships reveals that today＇ s athletic world presents a new pattern of diversification, integration, high-standard technology and counter-tradition. Combining with the achievements China＇ s Track and Field Team made at the current World Championship, the author proposes a new idea for its development that the current Chinese track and field should continue to implement the strategies of broadening the approaches for selecting the reserve personnel, increasing exchanges and cooperation with the World Track and Field, combining training with competition, employing foreign coaches and training athletes overseas, and promoting the advantages of individual teams. Meanwhile, other strategies are suggested, including scientific training system based on the fundamental skills, and innovative projects with Chinese training characteristics, so as to offer theoretical reference for Chinas success in the Rio Olympic Games and formulate a long-term strategy for the development of China ＇s Track and Field Team.
