摘要
对木屑原料进行成型加工,必须对木屑进行烘干。常用的烘干方法有气流式烘干和滚筒式烘干。由于滚筒式烘干机具有烘干质量高、产量大、能耗低等优点,它被广泛应用。然而,设计制作滚筒式烘干机时,往往会因参数选择不对或风机的选择方法不对而造成滚筒式烘干木屑时达不到设计要求,生产率低下。鉴于此,本文分析滚筒烘干机的原理、设计制作的参数、风机的作用与选择方法,以得到较佳的烘干机设计参数,提高木屑滚筒式的生产质量与效率。
Processing of wood raw material must be of wooddrying, the drying method with air flow drying and drum drying, dueto the drum type drying machine has high drying quality, high yield,low energy consumption, so drum type drying machine is used mostwidely. In the design of drum type drying machine due to parameterchoice is wrong, especially on fan selection method is not caused bydrum drying wood is not up to the design requirements, resulting ininefficient production of biomass products. The effect and selectionmethods of drum drying machine principle, design parameters, the fanwere analyzed, to obtain better drying machine design parameters, toimprove production quality and efficiency of sawdust roller type.
