摘要
当前,社会中计算机技术与仿真技术越来越广泛的应用,推动着薄壁零件数控加工工艺的发展,并将这类工艺的相关技术研究从传统的经验性探索转成了科学性研究。本文首先从零件装夹、切割角度、走刀方式和路径、加工路线等方面,分析影响薄壁零件数控加工工艺质量的因素,然后根据这些因素,提出薄壁零件数控加工工艺质量的改进方法。
The current social computer technology andsimulation technology has been more and more widely used, thuspromoting the development of thin-walled parts CNC machiningprocess and the correlative technology of this kind of process fromthe traditional empirical exploration turned into scientific research.Firstly from the parts installed clamping, cutting angle, take theknife way, processing line, etc., based on the analysis of factorsaffecting the quality of thin wall parts of NC machining process,and then put forward the improved method of thin-walled partsCNC machining process quality according to these factors.
