摘要
本文主要对FDM熔融堆积成型中成型件的尺寸精度进行研究。根据成型工艺过程,在众多影响因素中选择主要因素,采用稳健设计方法设计实验参数,以寻求保证成型件尺寸精度的最优组合参数,并为后期设备及工艺参数的优化提供依据。
This paper mainly studies the dimensionalaccuracy of the molded parts in the FDM melt accumulationprocess. According to the molding process, in many factors thataffect selection factors, using robust design method to design theparameters of experiment and seek to ensure that the optimumcombination of parameters of molding parts size precision, andprovides the basis for the later equipment and process parameteroptimization.
