桥式起重机属于特种设备,在实际的生产制造中工艺比较复杂,质量要求也较高。本文通过探讨桥式起重机生产制造中的材料管理、生产制造工艺、构件安装后成品的放置与验收、制造工艺的难点突破等,提出需根据相关法律法规的标准改革其生产制造工艺,以促进其工艺不断完善,从而为今后的生产制造工作提供正确、科学的指导。

Bridge crane is a kind of special equipment,in the actual production process is more complex, the qualityrequirements are higher. In this paper, we discuss the overheadtravel ing crane manufacturing mater ials management,manufacturing technology, component after the installation ofproduct placement and acceptance, manufacturing process anddifficult to break, it is necessary according to the relevant laws andregulations of the standards of the reform and its manufacturingprocess and to promote the process of continuous improvement,so as to future production manufacturing to provide correct andscientific guidance.
