机械设备集中租赁是随着科学技术的不断发展和工业化进程的不断加快而出现的新的设备管理和使用方法,与传统管理体制相比,它更能适应当前市场的发展。本文详尽分析了铁路施工企业实施机械设备集中租赁的优势,并在此基础上结合我国当前实际情况,分析我国铁路施工单位在实施机械设备集中租赁过程中出现的主要问题,并针对这些问题提出了相应的解决和完善措施,具有一定的理论和现实借鉴意义。

For the railway construction enterprises, thetraditional equipment management system is the the mostmanagement system, but the traditional equipment managementsystem often lack the flexibility in large-scale equipment purchase,management there is a big problem. Machinery and equipmentcentralized leasing is with the science and technology developmentand industrialization process accelerating and the emergenceof new equipment management and usage, and the traditionalmanagement system compared, it can adapt to the developmentof the market. In this paper, a detailed analysis of the railwayconstruction enterprises implement the advantages of mechanicalequipment leasing, and on the basis of analysis of the Chinarailway construction units in the implementation of mechanicalequipment and the main problems appeared in the process ofleasing and aiming at these problems proposed correspondingsolutions and improvement measures, has certain theoretical andrealistic significance of the combined with the actual situation ofour country.
