摘要 改革开放后,我国经济形势逐年好转,并保持着较快的增长速度。机械制造业作为国民经济支柱产业,也迅速地发展起来。当前,高消耗和低效率问题在制造业发展中尤为突出。因此,节能高效设计理念将是推动机械制造业降低成本、提高生产效率和实现工业社会高速发展的一项有效途径。本文就机械制造及自动化过程中的节能高效理念进行详细说明,以期为节约能源及成本和提高生产效率提供一些具有建设性的意见和建议。 After the reform and opening up, China's economicsituation has improved year by year, and maintain a rapid growthrate. Machinery manufacturing industry as a pillar industry ofthe national economy, has also developed rapidly. At present, theproblem of high consumption and low efficiency in the developmentof the manufacturing industry is particularly prominent. Therefore,energy saving and high efficiency design concept will be aneffective way to promote the mechanical manufacturing industryto reduce costs, improve production efficiency and realize therapid development of industrial society. In this paper, the conceptof energy saving and high efficiency in the process of mechanicalmanufacturing and automation is explained in detail in order toprovide some constructive suggestions and opinions for savingenergy and cost and improving production efficiency.
