起重机械制造高度重视精益生产,以保障起重机械成品的安全与稳定。通过分析起重机械制造中精益生产的特征和优势,从精益生产工具、精益生产管理等方面探讨精益生产在起重机械制造中的应用。
Lifting machinery manufacturing attaches greatimportance to lean production, in order to ensure the safety andstability of heavy machinery produ cts. Through the analysisof the characteristics and advantages of lean production in themanufacturing process, the application of lean production in liftingmachinery manufacturing is discussed from the aspects of leanproduction tools and lean production management.
