摘要
随着我国城市化进程的加快以及随之出现的环境恶化、能源短缺等问题,建筑能耗越来越受到人们的关注。建筑能耗已逐渐增长至与工业能耗、交通能耗并列,成为我国能源消耗的三大"耗能大户"。因此,从建筑方案构思阶段就应该对建筑进行节能设计,以最小的成本得到最大的回报。以西安市某小区多层住宅楼为模型,利用能耗模拟软件分别对外墙、屋顶、窗户、建筑朝向及综合节能设计进行能耗模拟,对它们各自的节能效果进行对比分析,从而为建筑师进行建筑节能设计提供参考依据。
With the speedingup of urbanization in China and the consequently environmentaldegradation, energy shortages etc, individuals are gradually concerned about the building energyconsumption, which has growing to one of the three energy-hungry in China as industrial energyconsumption and transportation energy consumption. Therefore, we should the on building energy-savingdesign in the beginning of the architectural concept stage, and matte the minimum cost for the maximumreturns. Now we take a multi-storey residential as the model, and simulate the energy consumption ofexterior walls, roofs, windows, building orientation and comprehensive energy saving design with energyconsumption simulation software, then analyze and compare results to provide a reference for architectswhen they do energy-saving design.
