141例精神分裂症社会功能评定

Assessment of social function of 141 cases of schizophrenia.

本文回顾十年来泉州市区285名精神分裂症患者的社会功能缺陷情况,随机抽取141例进行调查评定,与患者和家属的见面率达100％。结果发现家庭照顾好、经济水平高、获得亲友或组织支持、病程短及治疗系统化诸因素与病人社会功能的恢复密切相关。

This article assesses the social function deficiency of 285 of the patients with schizophrenia who were treated in our hospital in the past ten years. Among them 141 of the patients were analyzed stochastically. We contact directively with the patients and their relatives. It was Shown that the recovery of their social function was closely associated with the following factors. (1) their economic condition; (2) family care; (3) the substantial support from their relatives or the organizations; (4) Shorter duration of the illness; (5) Whether systematic treatment or not.
