摘要
"挑战杯"中国大学生创业计划竞赛在培养复合型、创新型人才,促进高校产学研结合方面发挥重要作用。本文以"挑战杯"竞赛为平台,从完善培养体系、加强师资队伍建设、开展教学改革等方面不断提升食品科学与工程专业大学生创新创业实践能力。
The China“Tiaozhan Cup”undergraduate business plan competition plays an important role in the cultivationof mix-mode and innovative talents. In this paper,based on the“Tiaozhan Cup”competition as a platform,from improving the training system,strengthening the construction of teaching staff,teaching reform and other aspectsof continuous improvement of the practical ability of innovation and entrepreneurship of food science and engineeringstudents.
