According to the analysis from the Viewpoint of sustained development, we face many problems in carrying out the sfrategy of sustained development, such as the influence of traditions, problems posed by population crisis, laclk of natural resources,influence of poor circumstances and the extensive style of economical increase. As a result, the sfrategy of sustained clevelopment must be made with certain direction and objectives; powerful measures shoulcl be taken to make the idea of sustained development a real productivity.
