摘要
目的探讨实习时间安排对手术室护生实习效果的影响,为手术室实习时间安排提供参考依据。方法回顾性分析2014年7月~2015年3月本院不同实习周数和实习阶段的本科手术室护生各项实习考核成绩的差异。结果各项考核成绩及护生对实习评价得分随实习周数的增加而增长,且3组护生各项考核成绩、对教学评价得分总体差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,各实习阶段考核成绩、对教学评价得分未呈现明显变化规律,各项得分总体差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。多元回归分析得出实习周数是实习总成绩的独立相关因子。结论实习效果随实习周数的增加而提高,建议临床中安排至少四周的手术室实习时间,实习周数是实习效果的重要相关因素,带教老师应注意根据实习周数安排授课内容。
Objective To discuss the effect of time arrangemet on nursing students＇ clincal practice in the operating room,and provide references for clinical educaiton.Methods Retrospective analysis was performed to find the differences in internship performance and satisfaction among different practice weeks and stages from July,2014 to March,2015.Results As the weeks of practice increasing,significant differences in internship performance and satisfaction were found among different groups（ P 0.05）.There was no obvious law in internship performance and satisfaction among nursing students at different internship stage,but there were significant differences among different stages（ P 0.05）.Practice weeks is an independent related factor of overall performance.Conclusion Weeks of practice is important to students＇ performance.Clincal teacher should make education plan according to practice weeks.
