新型城镇化进程中的社会问题及其治理路径

Social Problems in the Process of Urbanization and the Corresponding Solutions

改革开放以来,我国城镇化建设发挥的正面效应已日益显现,但同时也出现了土地城镇化超前、市民进程化滞后、"城市病"问题突出、城镇空间分布不合理、城乡建设缺乏特色等突出矛盾和问题。在新型城镇化建设中,对以往出现的社会问题,必须有的放矢妥善应对,以人的城镇化为核心,创新土地管理制度,形成合理的城镇化空间格局。

Since the reform and opening,the construction of urbanization in our country has got outstanding achievements. However,some contradiction and problems follow,such as excessive use in land urbanization,the lag of civil advancement, ＂ urban disease＂,inappropriate spatial layout of cities and towns,lack of distinguishing features etc.. In the construction of new urbanization,we must cope with the problems purposefully,centering on the urbanization of citizens,innovating land- managing system,forming proper urban spatial structure.
