Based on reviewing the literature of the major study on supply chain coordination, supply chain management is a proposed a management behavior which encourage others on the supply chain to realize their own utility maximization through developing some certain contractual incentives, and propose a clear definition of the concept of supply chain coordination. From an enterprise contract for other companies to develop ways to achieve the basic supply chain coordination effect, reviewed the progress of some of the basic supply chain coordination contract. These basic contract launched classification reviewed, pointing out possible future trends and problems. The upstream and downstream research and development efforts to enhance the quality of efforts to expand the market share of the promotional efforts and other related costsharing contracts and other included in the scope of supply chain coordination contract from the depth and breadth of both expands the scope of the study supply chain coordination.
