British Mainstream Media Covers Chinese New YearAt the beginning of this year, there is a festive atmosphere everywhere around Britain. More and more British people are interested in Chinese New Year. This cannot happen without wide coverage of British mainstream media. At the eve of the New Year, British media has already started to look into the Chinese New Year in large length and with wide coverage. BBC2 launches a brand-new series of documentary called China Season which introduces Chinese history, culture, customs, tourism, etc. Among this documentary, there is a special documentary called Chinese New Year： The Biggest Celebration on Earth which introduces Chinese New Year＇s significance with three episodes called Migration, Reunion and Celebration respectively.
