摘要
本文采用完全随机设计的方法,测定了精神分裂症和精神分裂症伴肺结核两组患者血清中脂质过氧化物(LPO)和红细胞内超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)含量。与正常组比较,两组患者LPO含量下降,精神分裂症患者SOD活性提高,而精神分裂症伴肺结核患者SOD活性无明显改变。结果提示:精神分裂症患者自由基代谢过程紊乱,而致LPO含量下降,SOD活性升高,由此引起体内一系列生化改变。而伴发肺结核的精神分裂症患者SOD活性无改变或许与伴发肺结核有关。
Complete random designing methodology was used to survey the serum lipid peroxide (LPO) level and erythrocyte superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity in schizophrenics, as well as schizophrenics with tuberculosis. By contrast with the normal group, the LPO level was lower in these two groups, and the change of SOD activity was not significant in the schizophrenics with tuberculosis. It was postulated that free radical metabolic course was disturbed in schizophrenics so as to lower their LPO level and elevate their SOD actity. Consequently, a series of biochemical changes occurred in the body, and that the changes of SOD was not obvious in the schizophrenics withtuberculosis may be related to the patient's complication, tuberculosis.
