摘要 对基于TD-LTE的智能测控系统的设计进行了研究,进行了软硬件系统架构及组网性能的分析,提出了下一代IPV6协议的电子标签式设备管理模式;该智能测控系统以AT91SAM9263EK为微处理器,以Linux为操作系统平台,为传感器连接、电量监测、示功仪测量等扩展了各种接口,实时获取各个从站数据存储到modbus对应4个区地址内,并动态映射到sqlite3数据库中,实现了位移、载荷和电流数据的同步,通过4 G网络以MODBUS/TCP协议发送到数字中心;管理软件轮询采集各油井的各项参数,存储到本地Oracle数据库,为大数据挖掘分析作标准数据储备,对设备的运行状态、意外突发远程启停井等做全生命周期管理,实现了全油区油水井管理物联化、数字化、自动化的新型管理体系的目标。 The design of the intelligent measurement and control system based on td-scdma LTE was studied,the hardware and software system architecture and network performance was analyzed,to put forward the next generation of IPV6 protocol electronic tag type equipment management mode,AT91SAM9263 EK microprocessor is as the core of the intelligent measurement and control system,with Linux as the operating system platform,for the sensor connection,power monitoring,indicator instrument measuring expanded a variety of interfaces,in an attempt to real-time access to the data from the stations to storage the Modbus correspondence address within four area,and dynamic map to sqlite 3 database,and dynamically mapped to sqlite 3 database to achieve a synchronous displacement,load and current data,which is sent in Modbus / TCP protocol to the digital center through 4 G network.Management software polling to collect the various parameters of the well and stored into a local Oracle database,to prepare standard data for big data mining analysis of reserves,running status of equipment and unforeseen remote start-stop well do full life cycle management,which has realized the target of oil and water Wells in all the oil is instrumented digital and automation of the new management system.
