细胞外基质纤维连接蛋白基因Ⅲ型重复序列有3个可变剪接区,分别为EDA、EDB和IIICS。在肿瘤、胚胎及创伤愈合等细胞增殖和迁移活跃的组织中,EDA+FN呈高表达,而正常组织中几乎不表达。本文就其特性、生物学功能和临床应用前景进行综述。

Fibronectin is an adhesive extracellular matrix glycoprotein.Its primary gene transcription is alternatively spliced in three regions：designated EDA,EDB and IIICS.EDA is associated with a variety of cellular processes,such as embryogenesis,malignancy and wound healing.Here we discuss the biological properties and possible application of EDA.
