本文归纳并分析韦文贵先生治疗眼内出血性疾病的九个中药验方组成及两位学术继承医师的学习心得。提出先生治疗眼底出血的学术思想是在重视整体,"治病必求其本"的基础上,再审因辨证论治,据证变通定方选药,如血热者凉血,血瘀者化瘀,血虚者养血,气虚者补气,火旺者折其火,即不直接投止血之剂而其血自止。所用方药均非止血为重或治血专方。

To summarize and analyze the composition of nine empirical TCM formulas of Wei Wengui treating fundus hemorrhage disease and understandings of his two academic heirs in learning. This article put forward Doctor Wei＇s academic idea on fundus hemorrhage disease which was on the basis of attaching importance to the whole and treatment targeting the primary cause of disease together with syndrome differentiation by ascertaining the cause, in addition to modifications according to specific syndrome, as cooling blood of the blood-heat cases, promoting blood circulation of blood-stasis cases, nourishing blood of blood-insufficiency patients, tonifying qi of qi-insufficiency patients and decreasing fire of fire excess patients. To sum up, to stop bleeding not by using hemostatic herbs directly. All the prescriptions consisted no special hemostasis herb or formula on blood disease.
