摘要
视网膜缺血-再灌注(retinal ischemia reperfusion,RIR)损伤是在缺血性损伤的基础上发展而来的。视网膜血管阻塞所引起的缺血性眼病在血液再通后,通过一系列链式反应,造成视网膜神经节细胞凋亡的发生。如何减轻或防止缺血-再灌注引起的视神经节细胞损伤和凋亡,在视网膜缺血性疾病防治中具有重大意义。
Retinal ischemia reperfusion(RIR) damage is developed on the basis of ischemic injury. After recanalization, ischemic eye disease caused by retinal vascular obstruction, leads to the occurrence of retinal ganglion cell apoptosis through a series of chain reaction. The way to reduce or prevent optic ganglion cells associated with ischemia-reperfusion injury and apoptosis, has significance in retinal ischemic disease control and prevention.
