涪陵重化工产业结构困境与对策研究

Research of the Predicament and Countermeasures of Heavy Industrial Structure in Fuling

初步分析了涪陵重化工产业现状面临的困境,剖析了问题的根本原因。结合涪陵重化工业发展所面临的机遇和挑战,对涪陵重化工业的发展提出了四点建议:一是以科技创新为核心驱动力,推动结构调整,产品转型升级;二是践行绿色制造,节能减排,切实保护三峡库区环境;三是借助页岩气资源优势,规划发展天然气产业链;四是对新进企业进行整体规划布局,集约集群,形成集聚效应。

This paper has preliminary analysis of the current situation of Fuling heavy chemical industry ; it analyzed the root cause of the problem. Combination of Fuling heavy industry development opportunities and challenges faced by the development of Fuling of heavy industry put forward four proposals. One is based on science and technology innovation as the core driving force, and promotes structural adjustment, transformation and upgraditig of products. The second is the practice of green manufacturing, energy conservation and emissions reduction, to protect the three gorges reservoir area, the environment. Third, with the aid of shale gas resource advantage, planning and development of gas industrial chain, four is for new entrants to the overall layout and intensive cluster, forming the agglomeration effect.
