摘要 ZG13Cr9Mo2Co1NiVNbNB是620℃高效超超临界汽轮机组机上一种新型抗蠕变铸钢材料。首先介绍了该材料高压调门阀壳铸件基本结构及技术要求,再通过合理的工艺设计、型砂选择、冶炼及热处理的控制,生产的高压调门阀壳达到了技术验收标准,实现了铸件的国产化。 ZG13Cr9Mo2Co1NiVNbNB is a type of new creepage-resistant cast steel for 620℃ high-efficiency ultra-supercritical steam turbine group. This article first introduces the basic structure and technical requirements of high-voltage governor valve casing castings made of this material. Through rational process design, molding sand selection, smelting and control over hot treatment, the high-voltage governor valve casings have conformed to the standards of technical acceptance. This has realized the localization of the production of this type of casting.
