摘要
在铸造过程中,由于原材料和过程控制等不稳定因素,造成灰铸铁铸件在浇注中容易产生块状石墨,从而导致灰铸铁铸件性能下降。针对该问题,通过对灰铸铁铸件中块状石墨的形成原因进行了分析,并根据分析结果提出了解决措施,从而使铸件的性能得到了有效的改进。
During casting, block graphite is easily generated during the pouring of gray iron castings due to unstable factors including raw material and process control and results in inferior performance of the castings. To solve this issue, this article proposes solutions to effectively improve the performance of castings by analyzing the causes of formation of block graphite in grey iron castings.
