摘要
针对系列驱动滚筒普遍存在的缩孔、缩裂等铸造缺陷,分析了依据传统理论设计的铸造工艺存在的问题,按照均衡凝固理论重新设计,改进了驱动滚筒铸件的浇冒口位置、大小和形状,解决了驱动滚筒铸件的缺陷。
Aimed at casting defects like contraction cavities and shrinkage crack common to head rolls, this article has analyzed the problems of casting technique designed conventional theories, redesigned the castings according to the proportional solidiifcation theory, made improvement on the position, size and shape of riser and sprue of head roll castings and solved the defects of this kind of castings.
