Recent advances of drugs targeting anti tumor blood vessels

摘要 肿瘤的生长、侵袭和转移离不开血管及血管新生,阻断新的血管生成或毁坏现有血管是近年来抗肿瘤药物的主要研究热点。本文就近几年来靶向抗肿瘤血管的主要研究做一综述。 Tumor growth,invasion and metastasis can not be separated from the blood vessels and angiogenesis,blocking new blood vessels to generate or damaging the existing blood vessels is the focus of anti tumor angiogenesis in recent years.In this paper,the recent studies on the targeted anti tumor blood vessels in the past few years were reviewed.
