摘要
本文就社区就业服务问题进行了探讨。作者认为,社区就业一方面能缓解就业压力,另一方面又能提高社区生活质量,同时还有利于促进第三产业的发展,促进社会的整体发展。并就如何发展社区就业服务提出了自己的建议。
This article discusses the community employment issue. The author concludes that community employment has many merits, for instance it can alleviate the employment pressure, and it can promote life quality in community, also it can step up the service industry. Finally some advice promoting the community employment is put forth.
