摘要
2015年,柬埔寨政治上政党斗争不断,人民党与救国党的磋商机制——"对话文化"模式失效,人民党仍稳控全局;经济发展成本上行压力增大,但尚可维持与2014年持平的经济增速;外交上继续开展积极有效的活动,以争取更多的外部支持。2016年是人民党的关键年,开展党内改革、领导政府出台更为务实与亲民的政策,是人民党要努力的方向。
The Cambodia＇s political struggle has continued in 2015,＂dialogue culture＂,as consultation mechanism of the Cambodia People＇s Party（CPP）and the Cambodia National Rescue Party（CNRP）has lost its effect,thus,the CPP is still able to control the whole situation;economy has pressure to increase in 2015,but it still can maintain the same increase rate as in 2014;in terms of diplomacy,Cambodia continually conducted effective diplomatic activities in order to attract more foreign support. 2016 is a crucial year for CPP,carrying out reform in the party,and publishing more pragmatic and people-concerned policies by the government are striving directions for CPP.
