双侧原发性乳腺癌13例临床病理分析

Clinicopathological features of bilateral primary breast cancer

探讨双侧原发性乳腺癌（BPBC）的临床病理特征。方法收集13例BPBC的临床病理资料,观察和分析其临床病理特征并随访。结果 13例BPBC均为女性,其中同时性BPBC 4例,异时性BPBC 9例。BPBC首发癌与次发癌的ER、PR、Her-2的表达较一致。13例均获随访,其中3例死亡,10例存活,存活时间为4-78个月。结论正确积极治疗BPBC,其5年生存率与单侧乳腺癌相同。首发癌后5年是预防的重点。

Objective To investigate the clinicopathological features of bilateral primary breast cancer（BPBC）.Methods The clinicopathological features were collected and followed up in 13 cases of intermuscular BPBC. Results All patients were female.4（30. 8%） cases presented synchronous bilateral primary breast cancer（sBPBC）,and 9（69. 2%） developed metachronous bilateral primary breast cancer（mBPBC）. The first cancer and the second cancer of BPBC had resemblance in ER,PR and Her-2 states. Follow-up information was available in 13 patients,and 10 of them were still alive（survived for 4 to 78 months） and the other 3 were died. Conclusion If treatment is correct for BPBC,its 5-year survival rate is same as unilateral breast cancer.Five years after the first primary breast cancer is the focus of prevention.
