摘要
通过介绍无边界企业概念,并结合广东移动运维改革案例阐述了构建无边界企业的思路,提出了运营商打通运维组织内部横向边界、垂直边界和外部边界的具体方法。实践证明,引入无边界管理模式能够有效提升组织灵活性与运维效率。
This paper first introduced the concept of borderless enterprise theory. Accordingly, based on the experience of the reform of operation and maintenance system in GMCC(Guangdong Mobile Communications Corporation), this paper proposed specific methods of constructing the borderless organization for telecom operators, to getting through lateral borders, vertical borders and external borders. Practice has proved that borderless organization can effectively enhance organizational flexibility and efficiency.
