体外膜肺氧合技术在器官捐献供体功能维护中的应用 被引量：2

摘要 器官移植是治疗各种器官终末期疾病最为有效的手段。然而近几年供移植器官的短缺日趋严重，使得扩展标准供体（expanded criteria donor，ECD）器官被越来越广泛地应用到临床。ECD器官热缺血损伤较严重、器官存活能力降低，移植后发生器官原发性无功能（primary non-function，PNF）的概率显著升高。
