第363例皮疹-发热-关节肿痛-嗜酸性粒细胞增多-肺动脉栓塞

摘要 病历摘要 患者男，39岁，因“四肢红斑丘疹脓疱2个月，右下肢肿痛伴发热1周”于2014年10月9日入院。患者自诉于2014年8月无明显诱因下出现四肢皮肤红斑、丘疹及脓疱，伴瘙痒，搔抓后有破溃糜烂渗出。在当地医院按湿疹处理，予地塞米松10mg／d、维生素C及葡萄糖酸钙等治疗后，皮疹好转。
