结节性硬化症行肾移植一例

摘要 患者女，26岁，3岁时脸部鼻部两侧出现淡红色丘疹，小学时何不自主发笑，17岁出现癫痫症状，表现为短暂的意识丧失，肢体抽搐。后定期服用丙戊酸钠治疗，0．4g每日3次，自诉癫痫症状仍有不定期发作。2008年发现多囊肾，2008年4月9日在我院行右侧多囊肾去顶减压术，
