同时发生不同病理类型的双侧睾丸肿瘤一例 被引量：1

摘要 患儿男，19个月，往外院因“阴囊左侧无痛性包块1个月”入院，B超提示左睾丸占位，右睾丸囊实性占位，核磁共振图像（MRI）提示左睾丸占位性病变，考虑生殖源性肿瘤（图1A）。
