摘要
为了对单项专利及专利组合的价值进行评估与排序,提出基于专利资产指数的专利价值评价方法。根据拍卖专利的信息建立回归方程;采用Shapley值分解各指标对专利拍卖价格的贡献度,并且以此作为确定各专利指标对专利价值贡献权重的依据,构建出专利资产指数模型。结果表明,专利超过10个的要求权数、技术宽度、授权等待期、专利剩余寿命都对专利价值有正向影响;应用案例证实了专利资产指数具备专利价值评估与排序的功能,具有适用性。
In order to assess and rate the value of the individual patent and patent port- folio, the patent asset index of patent value evaluation is provided. Based on success auc- tioned patents information by China Technologies Exchange, a regression equation is estab- lished, the Shapley value decomposes contributions of patent indicators to patent values, with which determines weights of patent indicators of contributions to patents values. The results show that, the numbers of claims exceed 10, the numbers of IPCs, wait period for grant, residue values of patents have positive impacts on values of patents. By the samples applied, the Patent Asset Index has found its value in assessment and rating capabilities of patents values, and with its applicability in a certain level.
