摘要
本文以广东省第二期全国妇女社会调查资料为依据,首先对广东妇女就业现状进行分析,以此为基础,探讨广东妇女就业过程中存在的一些具体问题,最后就解决妇女就业难的问题提出了自身的见解。
Based on the data of the 2nd social survey of women in China in December 2000, this paper reviews the women's employment situation in Guangdong province, demonstrates the complete problems in Women's employment and finally puts forward the conterpart suggestions to overcoming the difficulties in Women's employment.
