体质效能与内隐态度对锻炼行为的共振效应

Combined Effects of Physical Fitness Self-efficacy and Implicit Physical Attitude on Exercise Behavior

通过构建包括体质效能与内隐体育态度这两个变量的双中介模型,研究其在锻炼意图与锻炼行为关系中的双重中介作用。被试为373名大学生(年龄20.8±1.3岁,男192人,女181人),采用内隐联想测验的方法测量了内隐体育态度。结果表明:内隐联想测验可以测量大学生无意识中对体育类活动的倾向,内隐体育态度效应显著。大学生锻炼意向与锻炼行为关系的双重中介模型成立。大学生体质效能的中介效应为0.2528;内隐体育态度的中介效应为0.0920;两者共同作用的双中介效应为0.0633,均达到显著水平,但均只是部分中介作用。其中,体质效能的中介效应高于内隐体育态度,而内隐体育态度的中介效应高于两者相互作用的双中介效应,这表明体质效能的中介作用更强,内隐体育态度削弱了体质效能的中介效应。研究结果对于理解通过体质效能和内隐体育态度正向促进学生锻炼意图向锻炼行为的转变过程具有一定理论参考。

This study built a double mediation model that includes two variables of physical fitness self-efficacy（PISE）and implicit physical attitude（IPA）to investigate the double mediation effects of the two valuables on changes from the exercise intention to exercise behaviors.373 college students（average age=20.8±1.3years,males =192and females =181）were surveyed.The implicit association test can measure the tendency of the subjects＇ non-consciousness to physical activities.The IPA have significantly effect on the subjects＇ physical behaviors.In addition,our double mediation model was successfully used to model establish the relationship between the exercise intention and behaviors.The results show that the mediator of the PISE（IPA）was 0.2528（0.0920）,and the double mediator for both of the PISE and IPA was 0.0633.All the values of the mediators reached significant level.Specifically,the mediating effect of the PISE was higher than that of the IPA.Furthermore,the mediating effect of the IPA was higher than both of the PISE and IPA.These results indicate that the mediation effect of the PISE is stronger,but the IPA has weakened the mediating effect of the PISE.The results of the study have a certain theoretical reference for understanding the change process of the students＇ exercise intention to exercise behavior through the PISE and the IPA.
