环锭细纱机锭子传动功耗与滚盘半径研究

摘要 为减少锭子传动系统在环锭细纱机中的功耗,并为锭子传动改造及研制新型细纱机提供技术参考和理论支撑,分析研究锭子传动功耗与影响其传动功耗的主要因素——弹性滑动损耗、锭带弯曲损耗和空气粘滞损耗等的关系,建立滚盘半径与上述三种损耗功率的数学模型。指出:滚盘半径在一定范围内越小则功耗越小,锭子传动效率越高,细纱机越节能;滚盘半径的选择受到带传动的升速比等因素限制,选择100mm时具有较好的节能效果。 In order to reduce the power consumption in spindle drive system in ring spinning frame and to provide,theoretical support for the transformation of spindle drive system of ring spinning frame and development of new type of spinning frame. Analysis is done of the relation- ship between the spindle drive power and the influence factors with the power loss including creep motion loss, tape bending loss and air lag loss and other factors on spindle drive power. The mathematical model of radius of the rolling disc and the three power losses is established. It is pointed out that speaking in certain range, the smaller the radius of the rolling disc, the lower the power consumption, the higher the spindle drive efficiency, the more the energy saving. selection of radius of the rolling disc depends on the acceleration ratio of the belt transmis- sion and such factors. It is suggested that radius of 100 mrn of the rolling disc be selected for better energy saving effect.
